At Supashare, operated by Deveract Technologies Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. Refund Window

If you are not fully satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@supashare.ai.

2. Refund Amount

The refund amount will be equal to your initial subscription price minus any costs incurred to third-party service providers (such as OpenAI for AI-powered content generation) due to your usage.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds do not apply:

  • After the 14-day refund period has expired
  • For subscription renewal payments
  • For partial months of service
  • For unused portions of the Service

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
